From the perspective of organization strategy, more people get interested in EPS providing an innovative solution from diagnosis to effectiveness measurement in order to improve organization’s competency and competitiveness.

Under the name of EPS, CyberMBA held HRD forum twice per year.

In 2003, CyberMBA dealt with the topic of N-Learning (Next Generation Learning) in July and the topic of Performance measurement in September. By the first forum, participants could understand global trend of e-learning and a new concept of N-Learning. In the second forum, performance measurement, the hot issue in HRD area, was dealt with and participants had an opportunity to think how to make sure training effect and to optimize training program.

In 2004, the topic was “Action Learning” and the speaker Dr. Michael J. Marquardt (professor of George Washington Univ.) delivered diverse ideas about action learning and cases.

CyberMBA will continuously hold in EPS forum to share and discuss new trend and issues in e-learning industry.
