CyberMBA recognizes the corporate training (Education) as an investment.
We are developing the ROHI with Yonsei univ. to measure educational effect.
The purpose of ROHI model is to confirm the results of the training program
whether it upgrades job competency. Further, it suggests what optimized
training programs are to secure continuous comparative advantage for the client.
ROHI Model includes cost, future potential, future value, and invisible cost.
As well, it uses learning, process, customers, and future value as the benefits.
Thus, it measures financial gains/losses from the learning investment.
